Shipping Domestic

Please allow 1-2 weeks for orders to arrive, as all orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail unless special arrangements are made. Shipping charges are applied at checkout. Unless otherwise specified, all packages are shipped through UPS. Please email me or use the contact form on this website if you need special accommodations.

Shipping International

Shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada is unavailable at this time. If you wish to ship an item internationally, please contact me at segolilypottery@gmail.com and I will look into making special arrangements to accommodate your order.

Returns

Each item is handmade, unique and may not exactly match the product photo listed in the shop. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason with an item you have purchased, please contact me within 10 business days and I will strive to resolve the issue.  Every effort is made to package items to ensure they arrive safely at their destination, but in the event that an item arrives broken, it will be replaced at no cost to the customer if I am alerted within 10 business days (please fully document with photographs for the event of an insurance claim). Please alert me as soon as possible in this case as it will take 6-8 weeks from the time I am notified to send a replacement.
